TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI KUMAR KRISHNA DEBNATH V/S SRI PRANAB ROY AND ANR.

AGARTALA, India, May 11 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 9:

This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is filed for issuing necessary direction upon the Learned Trial Court to dispose of the case on the ground that the case was filed in the year 2017 and till today the case could not be disposed of.

At the time of hearing, Learned Counsel for the petitioner-complainant has drawn the attention of the Court referring several orders of the Learned Trial Court and submitted that those orders were not passed in accordance with law. So, a direction may be given to the Learned Trial Court for early disposal of the case.
