AGARTALA, India, April 17 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on March 17:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A. L. Saha is present and seeks adjournment on the ground that on the similar subject matters in issue one case is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India which is yet to be finalized. So, Learned Counsel requested before the Court to adjourn the case sine die till disposal of that matter.
Learned Addl. G.A., Mr. M. Debbarma is also present for the State-respondent and shared the same view.
Considered.
Let the case be adjourned sine die till disposal of the matter by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Further liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate step in due course of time.
