AGARTALA, India, March 26 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Feb. 23:
When the case is called, both sides present. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners after arguing in length was not in a position to place relevant information either by way of an affidavit or by way of any documents enclosed. Thus, seeks liberty from this Court to withdraw the same with a liberty to file afresh.
