1. Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharjee, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State-respondents.
