The flow of visitors from South India continues for Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0. Late Wednesday night, the second group, including a large teachers' delegation, arrived at Varanasi Railway Station by special train. Upon landing, the guests were given a grand welcome with traditional drum playing, flower showers, and chants of "Har Har Mahadev" and "Vanakkam Kashi."

Minister of State (Independent Charge) Dayashankar Mishra "Dayalu" and Varanasi Mayor Ashok Tiwari were present at the reception. Both greeted the guests, informing them about Kashi's cultural affinity and the historical Tamil-Kashi ties.
