The National SC-ST Hub Scheme (NSSH) scheme, under the Ministry of MSME, continues to strengthen the competitiveness of SC-ST entrepreneurs by enabling technology upgradation, enhancing business capabilities and facilitating greater participation in public procurement. Through interventions such as the Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) and the Business Acceleration Programme (BAP), the scheme is helping enterprises overcome operational constraints, adopt modern technologies, augment compliance and access larger institutional markets.
