TDB-DST Supports M/s Foodtechnics Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, for Commercialization of Indigenous Compact Automatic Roti Making Machine

Advancing indigenous kitchen automation and smart food processing technologies, the Technology Development Board (TDB), under the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, has extended financial assistance to M/s Foodtechnics Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, for the project titled "ROTIDO - Compact Automatic Roti Making Machine with Inbuilt Kneader, Pressing and Roasting." The project aims to commercialize a fully indigenous, compact automated roti-making system designed for households, small businesses, restaurants, and institutional kitchens, supporting India's vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat through homegrown manufacturing and innovation.
