The Ministry of Labour & Employment had initiated the nationwide Ideation Hackathon, "Digital Shram Sankalp: Reimagining India's Labour Ecosystem with AI", on 5 August 2026, inviting innovative and technology driven ideas to strengthen India's digital labour ecosystem. In view of the encouraging response and to provide further opportunity to interested participants, the last date for submission of entries has now been extended up to 18 September 2026.
