GANGTOK, India, March 26 -- Sikkim High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 23:
I.A. No.04 of 2026 is an application filed by the Appellant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking extension of three years time to vacate the premises from where he has been evicted vide the Judgment of this Court in RFA No.03 of 2024, dated 06- 11-2025.
The very submission of Learned Counsel for the Appellant is obnoxious and audacious with scant respect to the directions of this Court and it seeks to denigrate the findings and directions of this Court. The plea is completely unacceptable and is rejected outright.
