The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, is organising Yuva Sangam Phase VII under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme to strengthen people-to-people connections and promote mutual understanding among the youth of India.
The first tour of Yuva Sangam Phase VII was flagged off from Sikkim University, the nodal institution, on 25 September 2026, marking the commencement of the Sikkim-Rajasthan exchange. The Rajasthan leg is being hosted by Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur.
