The Department of Personnel and Training today emphasized its clear policy priority towards incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the core of government processes, with Secretary Rachna Shah highlighting existing and proposed uses of AI in various areas ranging from formulating recruitment rules to grievance redressal and providing services to employees.
