SAIL Signs MoU with EdCIL to Establish Smart Digital Classrooms under SAIL's CSR Initiative

India, May 28 -- The Government of India has issued a release:

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna company and the country's largest public sector steel producer under the Ministry of Steel, and EdCIL (India) Limited, a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Education, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 26th May, 2026 to promote inclusive education under SAIL's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Under this MoU, 'Smart Digital Classrooms' will be installed in schools located around SAIL's operational areas.
