Rs.1,178.20 Crore Central Share Released to Karnataka Under Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students During Last Three Financial Years

The Government has informed the Rajya Sabha that a total Central share of Rs.1,178.20 crore was released to beneficiaries in Karnataka under the Centrally Sponsored Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) students during the last three financial years.

Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Shri Ramdas Athawale shared these details in reply to Unstarred Question No. 2050 in the Rajya Sabha regarding Central funds for Scheduled Caste welfare in Karnataka.
