The Special Joint State Representatives and Additional Director General's Conference of National Cadet Corps led by Director General NCC, Lt. General Virendra Vats, will be held in Guwahati on October 15, 2026 to deliberate on issues concerning the NCC in the North Eastern Region (NER), West Bengal and Sikkim. The conference will be chaired by Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth and will bring together senior representatives from the Ministry of Defence, NCC and the State Governments of the participating States.
