India, March 11 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
As per information received from the State, the sanctioned number of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies(PACS) in Belagavi district is 1158 and out of these sanctioned PACS, hardware has been delivered in all the PACS. Out of these 1158 PACS, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution has been provided in 1004 PACS.
Karnataka has informed that total 1158 PACS have been provided with hardware such as Desktop, Multifunctional device(Printer, scanner, copier), Physical VPN device, Biometric scanner, and UPS; out of which 743 PACS are functioning as Common Service Centers (CSCs) to provide various facilities to rural population.
