The Power Minister Shri Manohar Lal concluded his two-day visit to J&K today. On day 1 (4.1.2026) Shri Lal had reviewed the Salal, Sawalkot, and Ratle Projects.
Late yesterday, the Minster arrived at NHPC's Dulhasti Power Station, Kishtwar, and was received by Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Projects), and Shri Ramesh Mukhiya, Managing Director, Chenab Valley Power Projects Limited (CVPP), and other officials of NHPC and CVPP.
Today, Shri Lal inspected all three projects of CVPP, namely Pakal Dul (1000 MW), Kiru (624 MW), and Kwar (540 MW), and held a review meeting with the project heads and contractors. The CMD, NHPC, briefed the Minister in detail on various aspects of ...
