PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE CHAIRMAN, BHARTI AXA GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY V/S RAJENDRA PANDIT

PATNA, India, May 14 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 10:
