PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE BRANCH MANAGER NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY V/S REKHA DEVI AND ORS.

PATNA, India, May 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties and Claim Execution Case No. 05 of 2025 has been disposed of on the basis of compromise between the parties.

2. Considering the aforesaid facts, the instant Miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.

3. The statutory amount may be refunded to the Insurance Company.
