1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 71 of 2026, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.
