PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MITHILA MINORITY DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL EKMI GHAT V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:

1. In the previous order dated 30.04.2026, the names of all the counsels, who appeared and assisted the Court on behalf of different parties, are not appropriately reflected and therefore only for making a correction to that extent, this matter has been listed under the heading 'To be Mentioned' through Video Conferencing.

2. In view of aforesaid, in place of "Heard the parties", the following should be read in the order dated 30.04.2026:
