PATNA, India, April 13 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 10:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, prays for withdrawal of this case and further prays for grant of liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition and other grounds also at the time of framing of charge.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, this application stands disposed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
