PATNA, India, June 1 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 30:
1. Issue notice to the respondent on the question of limitation by both modes, i.e. by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D for which requisites must be filed within two weeks.
2. Notice is made returnable within six weeks.
3. Re-notify this appeal on 09.07.2026 under the appropriate heading.
