1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Notification No.2039 dated 25.10.2024 issued by the Deputy Secretary by which the punishment has been imposed against the petitioner for withholding of 20% of pension for three years.
