The original petitioner (hereinafter referred to as 'the petitioner') filed the instant application challenging the order dated 30.5.2014 issued under the signature of the Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna whereby in a proceeding conducted against the petitioner, it was ordered that 50% of the pension payable to the petitioner would be forfeited.
