2. The present application has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs: -

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the Respondent no.2 in Case No.80 of 2021 (Raushan Mishra Vs.
