2. In pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the counselling duly conducted by the Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5. Referring to the averments made therein, it is submitted that since the petitioner had competed on paid seat and he was offered to take admission against the paid seat, but he refused to take admission on the paid seat and has requested to return the original certificate and fees deposited by him vide his written application dated 11.09.2025, the same shall be refunded to hi...
