PATNA, India, Sept. 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Aug. 13:
No one appears on the behalf of the petitioner.
2. Show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Parties No. 1 to 5 dated 12.08.2025 read with Annexure-5, it is prima facie evident that encroachment has been removed.
3. Accordingly, present MJC stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to the approach this Court, in the event of any incomplete removal of encroachment.
