2. The present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.310 of 2024, by which learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of offence under Sections 498 A, 323, 313, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.
