PATNA, India, Oct. 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Sept. 3:
1.Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.
2.The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) For direction to the Respondent no. 7 & 8 not to unauthorizedly occupy the land of the petitioner situate in Mauza-Sarari, Khata no.120, Plot no.1249 measuring 26 Decimils equivalent to about 08 kathas bounded in the north by Madho Singh, South-Jagannath Singh, EastDevlal Bhagat & West- Jagdev Singh and remove the encroachment upon the land.
(II) Or alternatively for direction to the Respondent no. 7 & 8 to provide compensation of Rs. 80.00 lakhs @ Rs.10.00 lakhs/katha for the loss suffered by the...
