CUTTACK, India, April 27 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on March 26:
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State. Perused the writ petition as well as the prayer made therein.
3. By filing the present writ petition the Petitioner calls in question order dated 10.09.2025 at Annexure-5 to the writ petition on the ground of NOC has been rejected by the Opposite Party No.2.
4. On the request of the learned counsel for the State, he is granted two weeks' time to obtain instruction in the matter.
5. List this matter along with W.P.(C) No.9272 of 2026.
