CUTTACK, India, May 16 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on April 15:
1. Heard learned counsels for the respective parties.
2. Instant IA is filed for extension of time to surrender.
3. Further extension is sought for by the petitioner to the order in the ABLAPL. The order dated 20th February, 2026 in IA No.285 of 2026 was modified on 7th March, 2026 in IA No.333 of 2026. It is submitted that the petitioner is extending co-operation in the investigation to the IO, hence, further extension is necessary.
