CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. It is submitted that notice upon the informant has already been effected through the concerned local Police Station; however, the learned counsel for the State is yet to receive the compliance report/confirmation to that effect.
3. List this matter on 30th March, 2026 for final hearing.
4. In the meantime, the Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and furnish copies thereof to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties, in accordance with the Orissa High Court Rules.
