ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON LAXMANRAO KARNAN AND ANR. V/S STATE OF ODISHA

3. The Petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Kalimela P.S. Case No.257 of 2025, corresponding to SPL. G.R. Case No.136 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, have filed this petition under Section 482 of the BNSS for release on pre-arrest bail.
