ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JITENDRA KUMAR RANSINGH V/S STATE OF ODISHA AND ANR.

1. In this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to set aside the order dated 27.06.2022 passed in S.T. Case No.138 of 2012, whereby the learned trial court, in exercise of power under Section 319 CrPC, arraigned the petitioner as an additional accused and directed fresh trial proceedings.
