CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. The compliance affidavit is filed by opposite party No.2 (contemnor). An additional affidavit is also filed and the same is at Flag-A. The petitioner had been directed to approach the competent authority for compensation. The alleged encroachment is at the behest of the opposite parties. The Court is not inclined to accept the compliance affidavits filed in the meantime and at the same time, directs the learned counsel for the State to take instruction and to respond on the next date fixed by the following direction.
2. List on 13th March, 2026, on which date, the opposite parties/contemnors shall comply with the order in W.P.(C) No.38309 of 2023 and ...
