Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (OPSA) to the Government of India released a curtain raiser video ahead of the International Science & Technology Clusters Conference (ISTCC) to be held from December 4-5, 2025, in New Delhi.

The S&T Clusters initiative was launched following recommendations from the Prime Minister's Science, Technology, and Innovation Advisory Council (PM-STIAC).
