The National Institute of Siddha (NIS), Chennai, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, is organising a series of academic and awareness programmes from 18 to 25 September 2026 to mark the 11th Ayurveda Day.
The week-long observance aims to promote awareness about Ayurveda, encourage interdisciplinary learning and strengthen academic knowledge among students, scholars, healthcare professionals and faculty members.
