The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), in collaboration with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, is organizing a day long National Governance Conference on the theme "Holistic Development of Districts: Transforming Governance for Viksit Bharat" on March 3, 2026 at Jammu.
