The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) today launched its e-Inspection and e-Certified Copy Services. Hon'ble President, NCLT, Justice Anupinder Singh Grewal, inaugurated the services through video conferencing, marking another step towards making the Tribunal's Registry more accessible and technology-enabled.
Speaking on the occasion, Justice Grewal said that the two services are intended to provide advocates, litigants and other stakeholders with convenient and faster access to judicial records and certified copies. The services form part of the Tribunal's broader digital transformation, including the revamped NCLT website and the ongoing e-Courts 2.0 initiative.
