Union Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoS, EFCC), Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh, presided over the national celebrations of World Elephant Day 2026 at Visakhapatnam today. Shri Konidala Pawan Kalyan, Deputy Chief Minister (Andhra Pradesh), graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.
