As envisioned by the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare (DoPPW) took over the daunting task of documenting the administrative history of India through personal memoirs of retired employees by launching an online platform entitled 'Anubhav' in 2015.
To incentivize and encourage the retired employees, it was decided to confer 05 National Anubhav Awards in 2015. Any employee who is going to retire in next 8 months or who has retired within a period not exceeding 3 years can submit their write-up on the portal, which is then published by the concerned ministry or department from which he has retired.
