Giving fresh momentum to the holistic and rural development of Andhra Pradesh, Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare and Rural Development, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, presided over a significant event in Burripalem village, Guntur district, on Sunday. A major initiative involving the construction of 3 lakh permanent houses at a cost of Rs.3,600 crore in the state was launched. In the distinguished presence of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the Union Minister laid the foundation stone for a pilot project comprising 177 houses built using the country's first 3D construction technology.
