On the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day, Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with the Armed Forces Transfusion Centre, organised a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Kartavya Bhavan-2, New Delhi on October 01, 2026. The theme of this year's campaign was 'One Drop of Humanity, Give Blood, Save Lives.'
The blood donation drive was conducted under the supervision of a dedicated medical team comprising two Medical Officers, two Junior Commissioned Officers and 10 Paramedical Staff (Blood Transfusion Assistants), with the requisite medical equipment and facilities in place.
