SHILLONG, India, May 1 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 1:

1. Mr. D.Hynniewta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has since been rendered infructuous, as the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed.

2. The same is concurred by learned AAG appearing for the respondents.

3. Accordingly, matter stands closed and disposed of on being infructuous.
