MEGHALAYA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON PURAN CHETTRI ADHIKARI V/S THE STATE OF MEGHALAYA AND ORS.

SHILLONG, India, June 13 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on May 11:

1. It is noted that the instant matter has been settled before the National Lok Adalat which was held on 09-05-2026.

2. Accordingly, the matter shall stand closed and disposed of in terms of the proceedings before the National Lok Adalat.
