IMPHAL, India, May 18 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on April 16:
[1] Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition along with connected misc. application with liberty to file fresh one.
[2] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order.
[3] Considering the submissions made at the bar, writ petition along with misc. application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one, if so advised.
