IMPHAL, India, May 1 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 30:
[1] Ms. L. Ashapriya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter may be taken up on some other day as the arguing counsel is out of station.
[2] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP assisted by Mr. A. Bheigya, learned Jr. G.A. for the State respondent and Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Kh. Maria, learned counsel on behalf of the complainant, submit that the matter may be listed with an observation that there will be no adjournment on the next date as the petitioner has been enjoying interim order for the last two years.
