SHILLONG, India, April 6 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 5:
1. Heard Mr. L. Syiem, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. This is an application for impleading of the Acting Syiem, Sohra Syiemship, as a party respondent in the main writ petition.
3. The same is not objected by learned counsel for the petitioner (respondent No. 1 herein).
4. Accordingly, the Acting Syiem, Sohra Syiemship shall stand impleaded as the respondent No. 5, in the main writ petition. Registry to make the necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
5. Misc. Case stands disposed of.
