IMPHAL, India, May 1 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 30:
Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appeared for the petitioners; Mr. Somorendro, learned counsel appeared for the State respondent; Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG appeared for the Union of India; and Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel appeared for the private respondent.
The counsel appearing for the private respondent seeks adjournment of the hearing of this case citing personal inconvenience.
Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for fixing a short date as the matter is part heard one.
