JABALPUR, India, Aug. 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on JUDGMENT/ORDER/RELEASE on July 21:
Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to upgrade her college and as such wants to participate in the NEET (PG) examination for the year 2025 or subsequently and in case petitioner is able to secure a better seat, then opt for the option of withdrawal from the present seat. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach afresh, if need so arises in future.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
